Elvis Presley 1972 Las Vegas Hilton 3:00 AM Concert Poster. An original glossy black and white casino poster advertising The King playing an “Extra Special Show by Popular Demand” at 3:00 AM on the morning of Sunday, September 2, 1972, over Labor Day weekend. Features a dynamic shot of Elvis performing on stage, and has a lot of urgency to it, with fans told to “Make Your Reservations NOW.” Elvis was paid $27,500 just for this additional show. “Burning Love” was his new RCA single and was racing up the charts, where it would eventually get to #2. Everyone agrees that in 1972 Elvis was still completely on his game.
Possibly the only time Elvis perfromed three shows in one day !
